Who we are
SongToScore is operated by 付彬彬. For privacy, account or other support requests, email support@songtoscore.com.
Information we use
Account information includes your email address, password hash, verification and session records. Your content includes uploaded audio, generated scores, edits, playback files and exports. We also process task and usage records, technical and security logs, and information you send when requesting support.
If paid features become available, we will also use transaction identifiers and subscription and usage records to provide and support them. Payment details are entered with the payment provider, not into a SongToScore payment form.
How we use and share information
We use this information to manage your account, process the audio tasks you request, provide your scores and respond to support requests. We also use security and operational information to prevent abuse, investigate failures and protect the service.
When you start an audio task, you must authorize that task's cloud processing. Replicate receives the audio needed for cloud processing. Alibaba Cloud hosts the service, Cloudflare R2 stores private files, and Resend sends account email. Creem handles hosted payments when purchases are enabled.
The standard transcription workflow does not send content to OpenRouter. We do not use your audio or edits to train our own models without your permission. Providers process data to deliver their services under their own terms; their processing may involve transfers across countries.
Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie for sign-in and a security token for requests that change your account or work. The browser may also keep request identifiers to help prevent repeated payment submissions.
Retention and deletion
Your works are kept until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a work revokes access and schedules its content for cleanup; cleanup may take longer when a task is running or a cleanup attempt fails. If another work uses the same recording, its copy remains available for that work.
Uploads not used to create a work may be removed after 30 days once all sign-in sessions have expired for at least 24 hours. Active or recently expired sessions can keep those uploads longer; if an unused upload is removed, you can upload it again.
Temporary processing files and operational records have separate retention periods. The cleanup process targets task events after seven days, provider request and response content and completed workflow checkpoints after 30 days, and provider-call metadata and asset-access audit records after 180 days. Cleanup is asynchronous, so these are targets rather than a guarantee of immediate deletion.
Closing your account may require resolving an active subscription or a pending payment first. Some account, security or transaction records may be retained for support, financial or legal purposes. Third-party copies are subject to those providers' practices. We do not currently offer a backup or restore service for your works.
Your requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about or object to its processing. We may need to verify your identity. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; where processing relies on consent, you can ask to withdraw it.
