Service and contact
SongToScore is operated by 付彬彬. Contact support@songtoscore.com for support, billing questions or requests.
SongToScore turns recordings into scores for viewing, listening, editing and practice. Automatic results can contain errors or omissions and are not guaranteed to match the recording or to be official scores. Review a result before relying on it.
Your account, audio and scores
Keep your account credentials secure. Upload only recordings you have the right to process and use. Uploading audio or generating a score does not give you rights to publish, distribute or commercially use a recording, composition or arrangement. You retain the rights you already have in your content.
Audio tasks require your authorization for cloud processing. See the privacy policy for how information is handled. Do not use the service to violate others' rights or interfere with the service.
Free preview and availability
A verified account can create one free preview: an automatically selected segment of up to one minute. The selection may skip initial silence. You can view, listen to and make basic edits to the preview.
Full-track processing and downloading require an active subscription. The preview and a later full-track result are separate works; edits do not automatically transfer.
You can delete a work or close your account. We do not currently offer a backup or restore service for your works. Closing the page does not cancel a submitted task; you can request cancellation from its task page.
Plans and processing time
The applicable price, currency, taxes and recurring payment terms are shown before purchase. See pricing for plans and current availability.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Subscription minutes are issued once per paid period and unused subscription minutes expire at its end. Extra-pack minutes do not expire, but an active subscription is required to buy or use them.
Full-track processing supports recordings up to eight minutes. Processing time is measured in seconds, with a partial second rounded up. A new transcription target or user-requested re-recognition is a separate task. Adapting an existing source score to an instrument does not use additional processing minutes; system recovery or retry does not charge the same task again.
Cancellation and plan changes
Once paid plans are available, you can request cancellation of automatic renewal in your account. A confirmed cancellation stops future renewal; the paid period remains active until it ends. If renewal fails and the paid period ends, subscription access and new task spending pause. Submitted tasks continue, and completed works remain available to view and listen to; editing and downloading require an active subscription except for basic preview editing.
For a monthly-to-annual switch, unused monthly subscription minutes carry into the annual period after annual payment is confirmed. For an annual-to-monthly switch, unused annual subscription minutes, including carried-over minutes, expire after monthly payment is confirmed, and the monthly allocation is issued. Already submitted tasks continue. The payment provider calculates any charge, credit or prorated refund and applicable taxes; refund timing and confirmation are separate from the plan change.
Task cancellation, refunds and support
If a system failure prevents delivery of a score that can be opened and listened to, reserved processing time is returned as non-expiring compensation, usable with an active subscription. If you cancel a task before delivery, the reserved time is returned to its original source where still valid; otherwise, it is returned as non-expiring compensation, usable with an active subscription.
If a delivered result does not meet your needs, you may contact us within 14 days after payment with your account email and relevant order or task details to request a refund or compensation. We review each request manually. Any longer or different rights under applicable law or the payment provider's rules are unaffected.
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have a right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. Contact us to exercise any applicable rights. Statutory rights are separate from the discretionary dissatisfaction review above.
